First, email me to see that I have one on hand (at jeriwesterson@gmail.com) then Paypal me $25-$30 for hardcovers (I’ll let you know the actual price) and $20 for paperbacks (those prices include shipping) or a check made out to me, and be sure you include your mailing address with your Paypal order to “Friends and Family” NOT “Product or Service”. If you are not in the U.S., your shipping will be more, so contact me for that info.
